THE CONFLICT

New Leaf Homes must establish a unique, hyper-local brand identity within the Epcon ecosystem while competing for visibility on the national website, which serves all franchisees.

RESOLUTION

Phase 1: Landscape Analysis and Onboarding (Q1 2023 – Q2 2023)

Aducate Digital began by conducting a thorough landscape analysis and onboarding process. This included a marketing audit and A/B testing to understand the client’s specific branding needs and local market positioning. We identified key areas for improvement. Particularly the need to differentiate New Leaf Homes from other Epcon franchises while capitalizing on Epcon’s resources.

 

Phase 2: Defining Clear Metrics and Identity (Q2 2023 – Q3 2023)

To establish distinct metrics and a stronger local presence, Aducate Digital implemented tracking tools. We also created a simplified Squarespace website tailored to New Leaf. Weekly meetings ensured collaboration, and a structured content calendar kept all marketing efforts aligned. Key deliverables included clear ROI tracking and a focus on building New Leaf Homes’ “boutique builder” identity.

 

Phase 3: Process Refinement and Brand Enhancement (Q3 2023 – Q3 2024)

As the project evolved, Aducate Digital refined New Leaf Homes’ marketing processes. This supported sustained growth and visibility. A robust 2024 marketing strategy was also developed. The strategy involved visual assets and a transition to a more flexible WordPress site. These efforts focused on differentiating the brand further while enhancing engagement with potential buyers through cohesive messaging and optimized SEO practices.

 

Phase 4: Exceeding Expectations and Long-Term Strategy (Q4 2024 – Q4 2025)

The final project phase emphasized New Leaf Homes’ commitment to quality service while expanding its offerings. Aducate Digital mapped out the customer journey from initial contact through home turnover and HOA handoff. Deliverables included tailored marketing materials, a refined customer experience process, and a comprehensive 2025 strategy to support New Leaf Homes as it scales its local brand within the Epcon framework.
