THE CONFLICT

Kirby was frustrated with repeatedly answering the same questions and struggling to communicate Avanta360’s value effectively. His existing sales sheet—a three-page wall of text—was overwhelming and ineffective.

RESOLUTION

Kirby and Nicole met at a networking event where we explored the BANK personality-based messaging. This “technology” categorizes buyers into four types: Blueprint (process-driven), Action (results-focused), Nurture (relationship-oriented), and Knowledge (detail-seeking). The concept intrigued Kirby, but he was skeptical about its real-world application.

That’s where Aducate Digital took things a step further. Rather than tailoring four separate messages, we designed a single, visually optimized sales sheet that spoke to all BANK types simultaneously:

  • Action types got bold icons and high-level stats for quick scanning.
  • Nurture types saw warm images and personalized messaging.
  • Blueprint types found structured diagrams outlining the process.
  • Knowledge types had access to detailed explanations for deeper understanding.

When Kirby sent over his existing sales sheet, it was clear why prospects still had questions. Dense paragraphs with no visual hierarchy made it unreadable. We completely restructured the content, using strategic design principles to transform the same information into an engaging, intuitive sales tool.

 

The Outcome of our BANK Personality-Based Messaging

The final product? A sleek, one-page sales sheet that:

  • Clearly communicates Avanta360’s services at a glance.
  • Saves Kirby time by answering common questions proactively.
  • Converts prospects faster with a design tailored to multiple buyer types.

Kirby’s reaction? “I now feel embarrassed by what we were sending out before! In comparison, our original one looked like something drawn with a crayon! Your refresh is amazing!”

He immediately saw results, closing deals faster and spending less time explaining the same information. Now, his sales sheet does the talking. And he can focus on growing his business.
